What is a phimosis ring?
Phimosis are silicone rings made from medical grade silicone, which are used to hold the foreskin and prevent it from slipping further.
In a nutshell, these rings prevent your foreskin from retracting back and forth over the head of your penis. By serving as a bottleneck and tightening your foreskin, the phimosis ring ensures that it does not open further.

Find your phimosis ring size
Find the ring size that works best for you based on how far you can stretch the foreskin. Choose based on tightness, the ring should not be too tight and should not be loose either.
We have every size a human penis can have, so don't worry if you can't find your phimosis ring size right away. This involves trial and error, you have to try the rings on until you know what size suits you best.
All rings are numbered in millimeters so you can track your progress over time.
Ring sizes are 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 24mm, 26mm, 28mm , 30mm, 32mm, 34mm, 36mm and 38mm.
stretching with phimosis rings
Step 1: Apply coconut oil to the foreskin
Take a small amount of castor oil or coconut oil and massage it all over the foreskin and especially the foreskin. This is done to ensure that the foreskin and foreskin are well hydrated.
Step 2: Apply coconut oil to the phimosis ring
Apply castor oil or coconut oil to the outer circumference of the phimosis ring. This removes any dirt on the ring and also reduces friction on the foreskin.
It is always safer to use natural products like extra virgin coconut oil or extra virgin castor oil because the foreskin is a sensitive part and unsafe oils can cause problems. Both of these oils are antifungal and anti-inflammatory in nature.
Step 3: Retract the foreskin over the glans and slide the phimosis ring over it to finally place it under the foreskin
Place your first finger and thumb on the glans and try to slide the foreskin over the glans as naturally as possible.
The length to which you can slide the foreskin is called the phimotic band (marked as a black line).
With the other hand, grasp the phimosis ring of appropriate size and lightly press the ring against the glans to tilt it slightly and thus insert it inside the phimosis band (or foreskin).
Step 4: Check the ring for tightness and make sure it feels comfortable.
The phimosis ring should not be too tight or too loose, it should fit perfectly. If the ring is loose, try using a size larger than the current ring size.
Additionally, a tight ring can cause cracks on the foreskin and if cracks develop, you will not be able to wear the rings for a few weeks and may lose all the progress you have made so far.
If you are using a ring larger than 24mm, please refer to the image on the next page for instructions on how to use these rings safely.
Step 5: For larger size rings
Rings above 24mm are categorized as larger size rings. These rings have a different wearing style which is shown in the pictures..
Additionally, rings in sizes 30mm, 32mm, 34mm, 36mm and 38mm have a special cut on one side of the ring to ensure an easy and comfortable grip on the foreskin.
The side where the cut is present will be up and the side where the ring is continuous (no cut) will go under the foreskin.
